FORCE conversations

October marks a year since the ran away wreck of Harvey Weinstein led to the fall of many a foul sexual harassers which culminated in the #MeToo movement.

So what do we have to show for all that media hoopla? What has the United States of America done for its female population? Where do our women stand today?

FORCE: Upsetting Rape Culture

FORCE is an art activist effort to upset the dominant culture of rape, and promote a counter-culture of consent. We believe that a more difficult and honest conversation needs to happen in the United States to face the realities of sexual violence, and we envision a world where sex is empowering and pleasurable rather than coercive and violent.

These adorable little women dressed up as pretty princesses in pink frou-frou drop F-bombs to draw attention to society’s continued sexism. Asking the question, “What’s more offensive? A little girl saying f*ck or the sexist way society treats girls and women?”

#sexualharrassment #sexualassault #sexualviolence

With edge and attitude, this tale is the F-bomb-dropping sister to those popular Dove commercials. Real women stand in their bras and underwear to stand up to the sexist and unrealistic beauty standards imposed on women by the fashion industry.

Women of substance and power making a stand together. #endrapeculture #youarenotalone #metoo
