This year the 29th annual Jersey City Art and Studio Tour is happening on October 3 to 6.

This annual curated tour covers some 21-square miles of art exhibits, performances, installations, curated tours, special events, children’s experiences with much of it free and open to the public.

EcoDeo joined Gypsy Yogis at their yoga shala in West Side Studios. Yogini firebrand, Mary Ann Fernandez offers yoga and Reiki for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. In a quiet meditation space to process all the amazing inspiration being offered from the local art community.

EcoDeo held three sound healing sessions on Saturday, October 5 - at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Each set was about 20 minutes of sonic immersion with metal and quartz singing bowls, buffalo and ocean drums, ethnic rattles and chimes, a shruti box and tuning forks.

All these were orchestrated harmoniously alongside all the events happening throughout Jersey City - music, art, food, offered and overflowing.
