Happy day today! It's Mahala's birthday and my labor day. I wrote this for my beloved child.

I first heard you in the fluid darkness, 

a heart beating like a warrior

in the distended chamber

of the unseen world

we both shared.

reflect & resolve

At times I consider my reflection in the mirror. . . .revealing. . . .enough.

Enough with the worries.

Enough with the wrinkles.  

Enough with the worldly woes.

What is is. 

At times I gaze within and through the looking glass. . . .resolving. . . .enough.
