The Kali of Kali Yuga signifies strife, discord, quarrel or contention inherent with this age of vice and darkness.
As humans have learned to extend our life spans and discovered ways to ease and comfort our selves, many have turned away from their belief in the God of their heart and the wisdom of age old traditions, banking instead on their discoveries and creations.

As we move through the ages and evolve in intellectual capability, life span, emotional and physical strength, we are descending into a gradual decline of dharma, wisdom, and knowledge.
My personal interpretation of dharma is the practice of Universal Truth with kindness and compassion.
