Grace is everything.

Grace is another name for what we are.

Grace is indefinable, the ever-perfect, timeless.

It is that in which the apparent timeful plays

as names and forms in their brief dance as life.

We are the experience and simultaneously

the witness of this experience.

Grace is that which calls you

away from the chaos,

away from the noise of the world.

Grace is the same as peace,

but there is no peacekeeper

nor anyone being silent.

wisdom & ignorance

The Buddhist scholar monk Bhikkhu Bodhi explains that ignorance is not just an absence of knowledge - “It is an insidious and volatile mental factor incessantly at work inserting itself into every compartment of our inner life. It distorts cognition, dominates volition, and determines the entire tone of our existence.”

Whereas ignorance obscures the true nature of things, wisdom removes the veils of distortion - enabling us to witness a situation in its essential mode of being - through our direct perception and not clouded over by filters and bias.

Training in wisdom is rooted in the development of insight (vipassana-bhavana) - a deep and comprehensive seeing into the nature of existence which fathoms the truth of our being - from our own experience. 

creating sacred space

Part of the power of having a shamanic practice and living a shamanic way of life is understanding the power and meaning of creating sacred space. ~ Shamans Cave

There is no other - we are all one. Much as we have screwed up our current circumstances doing the opposite. Something new is coming - we need to prepare ourselves as soon and as best as we can. 

When we are being in our spirit and connect with the Divine we create sacred space. We can do this in meditation, ceremony or any simple ritual of our own creation that honors a and pays homage to Spirit.
